A WIND turbine proposal for land near theNorth DownsWay in Boxley has resurfaced. Distributed Generation last
year unveiled a plan for the erection of two turbines with hub heights of 36m and blade tip lengths of 48m for land south of Bell Lane. A full plan- ning applicationwas never sub- mitted.
Solar panels plan SOLAR photovoltaic panels may be installed on a flat roof to power the develop- ment of flats at the former Lipscomb site in Cavendish Way, Bearsted. Maidstone Council will rule on the planning application.
