Facts: Plaintiffs are several children who were passengers in a school bus. Defen- dant was landscaping company. The defendant’s truck was pulling a trailer which jack-knifed across the road and collided with the bus. Defendant conceded liability and mul- tiple plaintiffs contested during the trial for damage awards from the insurance carrier’s policy limits. Each group of plain-
tiffs contended that the other group had elevated their damages and numerous at- tempts at Mediation could not resolve the case.
Injuries and Damages: Plaintiff ’s coun- sel contended that 3 children they represented suffered TBI.

The driver, who did not testify, left the bus an un- safe distance from the curb and sidewalk and not in the proper stop area Client fell down as a result thereof. She had an inversion-eversion injury to the leg, which was the more serious injury, be- sides multiple bruises contusions and soreness from this fall after falling so hard to the street area
