Nicola Cosciani, CEO, FIAMM Sonick
Nicola is the director of Strategic Development for the FIAMM Group, one of the largest privately held global producers of batteries, with facilities in Italy, China, India, Brazil and the US. Nicola is also the CEO of FIAMM Sonick, a company created to commercialize sodium based energy storage solutions for mobile and stationary applications. Nicola is a graduate of the University of Bologna and he serves on the Board of Directors for EuroBat and the FIAMM Group.
Michael Muzzin, North American Business Development Director, Axeon Power
Michael began his career as a Product Engineer at Ford Motor Company. He later worked at aerospace electronics manufacturer Raychem Corporation, before moving to ITT Automotive and then ArvinMeritor, where he was Vice President for the company’s European light vehicle sales and marketing activities in Frankfurt. He joined Axeon in 2009.

Dr. John T. Warner, DM, PMP is an experienced strategic marketer and product manager with 15+ years in the automotive industry. Director of Product Management, Large Format Batteries for Boston-Power, Dr. Warner leads the large format battery product development and automotive strategy. Before joining Boston-Power, Warner spent over 10 years at General Motors where his responsibilities included strategies for diesels and mild-hybrid systems.
