SMEI Signs New Four Year
Agreement in P.R. China
On April 8, 2011, SMEI President & CEO Willis
Turner and SMEI CEO of Programs in P.R. China, Alan Zhang shook hands after signing a historic new four year agreement for the continued development of SMEI profressional certification programs in P.R. China. SMEI’s certification programs were first adopted in P.R. China in 2008 and were immediately embraced by China’s top state-owned agencies.
