Martin Campbell
Martin is the other half of
artisan-food.com. He does photography, video and web development, and also

cumbrialive.tv. He is quite often spotted with his head in a waterfall or his snowboard on Skiddaw.
Annette Gibbons OBE Annette is Cumbria’s own food ambassador, and avid cook. She tirelessly supports the local food industry in any way she can, including through her own tv series and her Cumbria on a Plate food safaris.

Peter runs his own cookery school and is a lover of Cumbria and Cumbrian food. Peter has written cook books, including Simply Good Taste, last year presen- ted the Channel 4 tv series Lake on a Plate.
Caroline Watson
Caroline and her husband Jon farm at Yew Tree Farm near Coniston. She is passionate about sustainable meat and also likes to foray for fresh food from fells and vales.
