e wanted to find something unique, we didn’t know if it was or not, I mean how do you know? There was no way for us to calculate the impact it would have had, we’re just a bunch of guys playing. We played the L.A club scene and for a little while just reached out to places outside of California, and then all of a sudden we were signed and part of this thing that made us National News.

I guess it’s what you always want, to have a record deal and be a part of the professional music community, it was something we had to learn. There were good and bad parts, but the main thing was we had this major promotional machine behind our little crazy ass band.”

At this point, the “lost” records come up, on asking if any reissuing would happen, Angelo laughs and says “well we gotta find them!” But to reissue or re-master some of their older works, as it’s all still under Sony via copyright, the amount they’d have to pay just would be do-able, even for their film “Everyday Sunshine” instead of re-recording and paying the royalties they wrote new material, new and better material they say.

“Looking back on playing with Beastie boys and Red Hot Chilli peppers, there were some wild times” Angelo remarks, “ but thinking then, that we could still do this in 2011, pulling crowds, and seeing the fans, we didn’t even really consider we’d be able to still be doing this.”
