Both of our service departments are
led by Kate Lott. Kate has 15 years automotive experience and understands how important it is to have a repair facility you can trust and count on! Kate and her staff understand women take on many roles and are in perpetual motion. This can make it impossible to find time to service your car. We take pride in offering several different options to make your service experience convenient. There are five ladies in our service
department that we would like to brag about, Laurie English has 20 years of experience in the automotive field. She has taken on many positions in her career. Jenny Snodgrass has 5 years of customer service experience. She is an advisor in our newly remodeled Nissan service department. Jackie Nemith is the third generation of Nemiths to work in her
family’s business! She assumes many roles in our business office. Katie Fonda has 6 years of experience. She is our warranty administrator. Katherine Mahoney is the newest member of our team. She brings to us fresh ideas-always with a smile! Some of our regular clients refer to our team as “Girl Power!” The services we offer to make you experience one of a kind are:
• Valet Pick up by appointment- We will pick your car up from your home or work and
return it to you washed and serviced! • Discounted Loaner/Rental Vehicles-
We have an extensive fleet of new model Nissan’s and Volvos should your car need a time consuming
repair! • Shuttle Service- We understand that
there are thousands of other places you would rather be than your local repair facility! We offer Complimentary shuttle service to anywhere in the capital district. Many of our clients take advantage of the several local spas and shopping
centers while they wait! • 24 Hour Person to Person Service-
If there is ever a time you need help with your vehicle when our dealership is closed, we provide our clients with a 24 hour local phone number to get you help right away. In the unfortunate event you should have an emergency, dial our 24 hour helpline and you are guaranteed to reach a member of our qualified staff!
