You will find 11 ultra modern rooms, hip, Chic, Decadent and Extra Decadent. The rooms have a range of facilities which include ipod docking stations, dual cordless phones, Tassimo coffee machines, private balconies, deep baths and outside hot tubs.
In 2009, Albert Roux opened his signature restaurant at Rocpool. Called Chez Roux, and inspired by his culinary genius, the restaurant has a laid back style and majors in classic French country cuisine. On the day it opened, Albert Roux said, “I want to recreate the kind of restaurant I remember from my home town, offering good and honest country cooking. The kind of place you can go to eat without ringing the bank for permission... Chez Roux will offer Scottish ingredients with a French twist.”
