Free seminar for IED members and guests – intellectual property rights
What every engineering designer needs to know – but is not sure who to ask
Rhys Jarman, partner and head of Intellectual Property at Wright Hassall LLP, and members of his team, will deliver an overview of the significant intellectual property rights that routinely affect designers and engineers. Using practical examples, he will explain the difference between, and the relevance of, patents, trademarks, copyright and design rights so that you can understand which apply to your designs and inventions, their value to you and how to go about acquiring them.
