es! Fitness Post Rehab, Pilates, and Personal Training, is pleased to announce two new services: Jeannie Hughes, owner of Yes! Fitness Post Rehab, Pilates

and Personal Training, has teamed with another fitness trainer, Ron and fitness enthusiast, Bob who created www.50PlusPlusFit.com. The website targets people over age 50 who want to maintain or improve their fitness, health, and flexibility. Jeannie, Bob, and Ron (all over 50), have experi- ence working with maturing bodies. Visitors to the site can read articles and view other helpful information for their fit- ness journey. They can ask fitness related questions, and view photos and videos (coming soon) of exercises meant to assist them with their own fitness programs. In November 2010, after hundreds of hours of study and

practical application, Jeannie became certified through the American Academy of Health, Fitness, and Rehabilitation Professionals to offer post rehab and medical exercise to indi- viduals after being released by their Doctor, Chiropractor, Physical Therapist, or other health care provider. Jeannie is trained to work safely and effectively with people after release for conditions such as: hip, knee and shoulder surgeries, osteoporosis and rheumatoid arthritis, low back pain, spinal issues, and more. She works closely with the referral source to ensure the continuation of the healing process and helps clients resume as much of their activities of daily living as pos- sible through appropriate exercises. For more services offered by Yes! Fitness, see the website at www.yesfitnesstraining.com.
