Description: Develop and enhance FlexiPark and Orion revenue control systems by writing specifications and developing software. Introduce software updates for new and existing sites. Collaborate with the Swiss head office on new and existing projects. Provide onsite training of customers’ technical personnel and offer advanced technical site support to customers when required.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or a foreign equivalent degree, as estab- lished by a written evaluation, in Electrical, Electronic and/or Computer Engineering, plus at least five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experi- ence as a Software Engineer, developing license plate inventory, license plate recognition systems and embedded revenue systems for a parking equipment and services company is required. Above experience must have involved the use of Modula-2, Visual Basic 6,
VB.net, C#, SQL Server, Access, Oracle and develop- ing software for DOS andWindows 32 operating systems. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree plus five years of experience, a Master’s degree, or a foreign equivalent degree as established by a written evaluation, plus at least two years of experi- ence as specified above is acceptable. All experience may be gained concur- rently. Domestic and International travel are required.
