University ofNebraska – Lincoln CHANCEManagement Advisors, Inc.

OPEN FOR BUSINESS! Philadelphia’s first public automated garage is open for parking! Brandywine Realty Trust developed this “green” automated garage by retrofitting an existing building with an automated parking system (APS). As part of the development team, CMA estimated parking demand through land use and downtown parking pattern analysis, developed operating costs, and prepared financial pro formae. CMA also worked closely with the developer, APS manufacturer, security and PARCS vendors to develop appropriate systems and technical specifications.

Need to do more with the same transit budget? CMA’s recent engagements at Georgia Southern University and the University of Nebraska – Lincoln have transformed existing campus transit services in dramatic, efficient ways that have improved service frequencies, increased transit capacities and ridership, expanded route coverage and provided more convenient shuttle access to parking facilities. All system improvements were accomplished within the universities’ existing transit budgets, with users responding favorably to the service changes.
