The nostalgic area offers arts and crafts shops, clothing and consignment shops, flower and gift shops, as well as a number of restaurants. A few blocks south of the downtown area on U.S. 1 there are specialty stores, including antique shops.


Crossroads Marketplace On State Road 405, just south of State Road 50, Crossroads Marketplace is Titusville’s newest retail development. Consisting of more than 200,000 square feet of retail space, the marketplace is anchored by Target. Other stores include Kay Jewelers, Marshalls, Petco and Merle Norman.


Cottage Row


In the downtown area of Cocoa Beach, just north of the Minutemen Causeway and between Orlando and Atlantic Avenues, lies Cottage Row — military houses from the 1940s and ’50s that have been converted into quaint shops, salons and restaurants.

This historic spot of downtown Cocoa is tree-lined and brick-paved with several independent venues specializing in gift items, arts and crafts, galleries, gourmet foods, metaphysical books, antiques and clothing. The Village is home to casual and upscale restaurants and bars featuring music. It is also the scene of popular arts and crafts shows. The area features an amphitheater, fishing on the Indian River, a kid’s fountain, historic homes, churches, walking tours, and the headquarters for the Florida Historical Society.


Downtown Eau Gallie On the riverfront east of U.S. Highway 1, downtown Eau Gallie runs north of the Eau Gallie Causeway to south of Parkway Drive. The area is home to art galleries, bookstores, salons, antique shops, a bakery and restaurants. A farmer’s market is held in the area each weekend.


Fifth Avenue


This beachside extension of U.S. Highway 192 in Indialantic is lined with a collection of restaurants and specialty shops. The area includes a Starbucks coffee shop and a Cold Stone Creamery ice cream store.
