AFA have made a very generous offer to a reader of Envoy to go on a weeks holiday with their
family to one of their chalets on the east coast of Norfolk. Hemsby is a popular holiday location, is situated just North of Great Yarmouth. It is ideally situated for exploring the Norfolk Broads and other places of interest including Sandringham House.
Since 1987 RAFA Eastern Area (now the Eastern Office of the South East & Eastern Area) has been running a welfare project at the Sea Dell Estates Site in Hemsby.
The Chalets are well equipped for a maximum
of four people with a sitting room, bathroom, two bedrooms and a kitchen area. They all have electric showers, televisions and very comfortable fixtures and fittings.

independent voice for the serving RAF and their families (spouses, partners, parents, children, siblings) on issues of concern to them. The team represents these views to senior RAF staffs and ministers. The Federation operates outside the RAF chain of command.
