At some locations it is possible to have a personal programme tailored to meet your needs and assist you with adopting a more active lifestyle. This is not a service that the Physical Education Flight is obliged to offer but where possible may be able to accommodate your request.
So you have on your doorstep cheap access to first class facilities and equipment; an opportunity to participate in structured activities organised and conducted by professionally trained personnel. All that is required of you is to approach the Physical Education Flight and take advantage of what is on offer.
But what if you do not feel ready to join in the organised classes? The chances are you are not alone. You can begin by walking, cycling or doing some easy walking/jogging sessions – all of these can be achieved in the comfort of the Physical Education Flight facilities at your location.
