Four-Part Intensive Focuses on Energy Medicine C

aroline Munday, a practitioner of Donna Eden7 Energy Medicine, is offering a four-workshop series including an

introduction and three intensive courses in the energy medi- cine technique. “The series will empower individuals to take responsibility for their own health,” Munday explains. “They will learn simple practice to maintain a healthy body, staying vital and alive.” Munday teaches an ongoing, two-hour introductory class

once a month at both the Aravinda Healing Center in Knox- ville and the Aspen Health & Healing Center in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. That class, “Introduction to Energy Medicine,” is a prerequisite to the next three intensive workshops, “Radiant Circuits,” “Chakra Clearing” and “The Meridians of the Body,” each lasting three hours and offered one Saturday afternoon in September, October and November, respectively. (For individual workshop dates and locations, contact Munday at 865-274- 8640 or CarolineMunday@gmail.com.) Energy medicine has become especially valuable in light

of the pollutants to which modern Americans are continually exposed, Munday says. “It can be imperative, given the extreme environmental toxins in which we live today, to care for our body and allow the body to live within its own natural rhythms,” she says. The cost of the introductory class is $25. To sign up, or to
