cultivation of qualities of character and relationship, breathing, physical poses and meditation, explains Serene White. Ayurveda is designed to facilitate holistic health through proper diet and lifestyle, as well as through many of the practices of yoga. “Many people who do hatha yoga turn to Ayurveda to further enhance their health,” she notes. “In addition, many consumers of Ayurveda also practice yoga.” After five years teaching yoga at the Ayurveda Center,
