View Income Total Over a Given Period


You can easily view your income total (whether money received or total work completed) over any given period.


Depending on which version of Excel you use, you can either filter for the dates as shown here. (Be it by day, month or year).


Once filtered the Total Income amount is shown at the top of the screen.


(Version shown is Excel 2007)


Alternatively, you can exit Full Screenmode (Click View, Full Screen in Excel 2003) and then select the range of cells in the Price column for the period you are interested in.


You will then see that the total amount in the range of cells is shown at the bottom of the screen.
