Select the folder you wish to save the invoice to and name the file. The invoice file can then be attached to an email to send to your customer. *Note: You need to produce invoices individually as PDF files.


View Overdue Invoices


Where an invoice is recorded as being unpaid and the Payment Terms period has expired, the invoice will show as being Late.


The amount of days for the invoice Payment Terms can be pre-set on the Settings page. Click the Late icon to display a short list of invoices overdue.
