When the Last Done date has been entered the work will also show on the calendar. The calendar automatically forecasts what work is due according to the date the job was Last Done and the amount of days Interval between cleans.


You will notice that a 5 day forecast of work coming up is also shown at the top of the screen.


If the date falls on a day of the week different to that of the Preferred Day stated then the work will show in red on the calendar.


Jobs which are marked as On Hold, or Inactive in the Status column do not appear on the calendar and do not show as being Late in the Late column.


The start date of the calendar is defaulted to start on Today’s date. This can be changed by entering a different date in the Override cell.
