DR. WILLIAM F. MARSH is a graduate of Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia, and a 1970 graduate of the School of Dentistry at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. He served with distinction as a dentist in the U. S. Air Force with the rank of Captain. Dr. Marsh then entered Howard University in Washington, D.C., where he completed the specialty training required to become a Certified Orthodontist in 1974. After graduation, he served as an instructor in the Department of Ortho- dontics at Howard University.
After moving to Florida, Dr. Marsh became a Senior Public Health Dentist and served more than 25 years with the Polk County Health Department. As a weekly newspaper columnist for 10 years, Dr. Marsh wrote more than 400 published articles about dentistry and dental care. Dr. Marsh started his orthodontic specialty practice in Tampa, Florida in 1975. Since that time, he has received numerous honors from his peers and the community for his achievements.
Dr. Marsh has met the exacting requirements for membership in the American Association of Orthodontics and the American Dental Association. He is a Fellow of the World Federation of Orthodontics and a Diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Dentistry. Dr. Marsh also maintains active membership in numerous other national, state, and local dental organizations.

OMAR ASIM BRUMLEY, Esquire was born in Chicago, Illinois on June 7, 1975. He is a graduate of De LaSalle Instiute High School in Chicago, Illinois.
Brumley graduated from Florida A&M University, in Tallahasse, Florida in 1997. In addition, Brumley graduated from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida in 2000.
While in law school, Brumley was a Council on Legal Educational Opportunity Fellow; a State Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable R. Timothy Peters, Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County, Florida; certifed as a Special Assistant Public Defender by the Florida Bar and was a law clerk with Johnson, Blakely, Pope, Bokor, Ruppel & Burns in Tampa, Florida. Brumley was formerly a partner in the law firm of Rouson & Brumley, P.A., located in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Brumley is a member of the Florida Bar, the National Bar Association, St. Petersburg Bar Association, NAACP and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated. Brumley concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury litigation, criminal defense, civil litiga- tion, probate and family law.
