udity Struck will be offering Eden Energy Medicine Basics on Sunday, July 11 from Noon to 4pm. The workshop will be at Resonance Center, 496 Osceola Avenue, Jacksonville Beach and will cost $40 per person. We are born with an amazing network of energy lines, chan-
nels, chakras and vortexes in our bodies. These networks ensure that all aspects of our anatomical systems stay strong and healthy. Where there is a block in any one of those systems, these energy pathways can be used to release that block and return the body to balance. Eden Energy Medicine is the practice of maintaining that balance by holding various points along the body’s energy pathways until the system is free from tension, anxiety, pain or discomfort.
Based on the healing traditions of acupuncture, yoga, kinesi-
ology, visualization and chi gong, Eden Energy Medicine can be used to compliment other forms of medicine or as a self-help and self-care system.
