Prizes of free and discounted future treatments are provided weekly and at the end of the program. “The program provides an opportu-
nity for the public to meet experts and get a good taste of healthy activities and practices that they can continue after the program ends,” says Sittler. Participants can also join if they miss any of the in- troductory sessions of the first week.
