nia Triple Crown of Show Jumping, everyone was talking about the pressure on Guy and Peterbilt as they attempted to do what hasn’t been done before, win a series of three Grand Prix events. Following a win at the first event of the series, Guy and Peterbilt won the second leg from the unen- viable first starting position, recording the only clear round of the class. The finale of the series, the Pickwick Grand Prix, was a Hollywood screen writer’s delight, with Guy and Peterbilt the last combination of the eight first-round-clear teams to go. The audience was well-rewarded with each clear round being progressively quicker. Fittingly, the final ride of the series featured Guy and Peterbilt, who scorched the jump-off course and won by two seconds.
