Sustainable Rainwater Management System
In 2005, H20 Group alongside
Newcastle University,
considered the need for a
complete sustainable rainwater
management system; one that
could assist with the challenge
of flood water in developing
areas, and one that could also
allow for that water to be used
efficiently in the workplace, at
home, in industry, basically
anywhere that has a need for
non potable water. From that
identification, the concept of Stormpod was born. Stormpod was launched at
the world renowned Ecobuild/Future Build exhibition at Earls Court, London,
to an accolade of interest from a variety of sectors. Feedback from the show
was extremely positive and the general consensus was that the Stormpod
system could offer a sustainable solution to rainwater management
applications around the world.
