WITH A SPORT that has been so populated by
adult players, understanding and implementing
how to bring Ultimate to youth has been a
challenge that is now starting to be overcome.
With high schools running Ultimate as a regular
part of their curriculum as well as elementary
and middle schools, the fever of our sport is
finally catching the younger generation.
In Ottawa, OCUA has now participated in
2 high school tournaments, one in the spring
