Monks from this former monastery have
been healing people with the local sulphur
springs since the 17th century. They never
asked for payment hence the name Ayii
Anargyri, which means saints without silver.
Today the hotel still offers a quiet retreat
although spa treatments are no longer free.
The three sulphur springs pools offer differ-
ent temperatures and massaging jets. A wide
range of treatments include sulphur mud
therapy and marine wraps.
