OME TO THE CATTLE RAISERS SUMMER MEETING, JUNE 16 TO 18, AT LA TOR- retta Lake Resort and Spa on beautiful Lake Conroe, to keep up with the latest developments in the beef industry, to enjoy some


relaxing time with your family and to catch up with your friends in peace- ful surroundings. The Cattle Raisers Summer Meeting is a unique opportunity to combine


family and fellowship with the important work of Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association (TSCRA). All TSCRA policy committees will meet and committee members are


encouraged to attend. Important topics on the committee agenda are: • The new Texas Beef Quality Assurance Steering Committee • Packers and Stockyards Act • Ranching and agricultural sustainability • Chronic wasting disease (CWD) and hunting regulations • And reports from the Eminent Domain Subcommittee, the Water Sub- committee and the Property Tax Working Group


Lodging: A block of rooms has been reserved at La Torretta Lake Resort and Spa.
