Vanquish wetsuit. Predicted to be Zone3’s best performing wetsuit to date, it should enhance Adams’ already very powerful swim. Bowden said: “I have tried out the wetsuit and it is extremely comfortable and fast. The difference that I have noticed from wearing a Zone 3 wetsuit is how flexible the shoulders and arms have been. The wetsuit has also been very good in the transition test as I am able to get the wetsuit off with ease. As a swimmer these factors play a very important part of being able to get the most out of your swim.” Zone3’s sponsorship manager, Jake Presley,
commented: “Having international experience on the road, track and cross country, we are sure Adam will show his quality in the swim with our wetsuit and we look forward to being a part of his journey this year.”

Mountain Force under new leadership
I
t has just been announced that Swiss premium skiwear brand Mountain Force will part ways with its CEO and partner, Roman Stepek. Roman Stepek retires from his position as CEO with immediate effect and is selling his
shareholding to his partners. Although Mountain Force achieved surprisingly good results in the just completed difficult order season the company has decided to approach the ever-changing market demands under a new leadership. Werner Matzner, CFO and also a partner in Mountain Force will take over as CEO for the time being. Mike Stoehr will continue as sales director. All the sales and customer service staff will continue as well. The successful strategy of focusing on product quality, service and the close cooperation with the leading high-end sports retailers will continue to be maintained and further enhanced. Mountain Force wish to emphasize that the parting of the ways was mutually agreed upon which is not surprising considering the fact that Mountain Force has developed into one of the leading premium ski-wear brands under Roman Stepek's leadership over the past five years.
