If the authors of IDEA only knew what student transporters are doing to comply with their laws, they might not have written them. Every experienced service provider has had some variation of that thought in his or her career. Despite our best intentions, sometimes we just can’t seem to get to fully compliant. Whether it’s a training that never was completed or a phone call that was skipped, there are so many opportunities to fall just short of our “best.” This session will expose some of the more common errors as well as some of the hidden “gotchas.”
