Spotify — I’m always listening to music whether it’s during practice, on the airplane or in the gym. I love the feature on Spotify where you can make playlists with other users.
United — For obvious reasons, I am always on this app. I use it the most to see where I am on the upgrade list.
Periscope — This is a new app that allows me to live stream from my phone. So whether I’m on the court in Switzerland or in the players’ tent in Ohio, my family, friends, and fans can see what is going on. Follow me at @emday6!
Podcasts — I have to drive an hour to practice and I enjoy listening and learning from podcasts. Some of my favorites are Finding Mastery, Serial and TED talks.
ESPN Sports Center — I love this app because it gives me updates on all my favorite teams! Although it may not always give me the news I want (go Lakers), it allows me to stay informed from around the world.
