DISTRICT 2 — WESTERN OKLAHOMA/ TEXAS Calves Missing in Southwest Oklahoma Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association
(TSCRA) Special Ranger Ben Eggleston reports 20 black calves missing from a property east of Erick, Okla., in Beckham County. Stolen some time after Nov. 15, 2015, were 20 head of black steers and heifers weighing between 550 to 600 pounds, each, with a D- brand on their right hip. There were no signs of forced entry. DISTRICT 5 — EASTERN OKLAHOMA Heifer Killed and Butchered in Northeast Oklahoma TSCRA Special Ranger John Cummings reports that
some time between Dec. 10 and 14, 2015, a fence was cut near Chelsea in Rogers County and a brown heifer weigh- ing approximately 800 pounds was killed and partially butchered. If you have any information regarding this case, please call Cummings at 918-342-0888.
DISTRICT 9 — NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS/ SOUTHERN OKLAHOMA Mixed Yearling Steers Missing in Central Texas TSCRA Special Ranger John Bradshaw reports 14 head
of mixed yearling steers are missing from a property near Byers in Clay County. The steers are hornless red, black and yellow yearlings that weigh 450 to 500 pounds, each, and were branded with a lazy JP or C3 on the left hip. DISTRICT 12 — NORTHEAST TEXAS Six Polaris UTVs Stolen in Northeast Texas TSCRA Special Ranger Toney Hurley reports the theft
of 6 Polaris side-by-side utility task vehicles (UTV) from a property near Sulphur Springs in Hopkins County. Dur- ing the early hours of Nov. 23, 2015, a thief or thieves cut a fence to steal 2 red RZR 170s, a blue RZR 170, a blue RZR 1000, a Titanium RZR 1000 and an orange and black Ranger Highlifter

TSCRA has 30 special rangers stationed strategically throughout Texas and Oklahoma. They have in-depth
knowledge of the cattle industry and training in all facets of law enforcement. All are commissioned as Special Rangers by the Texas Department of Public Safety and/or the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation. Formed as a trade association in 1877, TSCRA is the largest and oldest livestock organization based in Texas.
TSCRA has more than 17,100 members, including beef cattle operations, ranching families and businesses. These members represent approximately 50,000 individuals directly involved in ranching and beef production.
