InterMountain adds cushion underframe


HO—InterMountain’s 50-foot Pullman- Standard PS-1 boxcar model will receive a cushion underframe option in a new production. A variety of door types will be offered in this coming new release: At- lantic Coast Line; Bangor & Aroostook; Chesapeake & Ohio; Clinchfied; Detroit, Toledo & Ironton; Missouri-Kansas-Tex- as; Missouri Pacific (Missouri-Illinois); New Haven; Transport Leasing (TLCX);


and The Milwaukee Road (silver PS-1 100,000th and yellow-and-black Hydro- frame 60 car with Superior sliding door). InterMountain’s PS-1 boxcar model sells for $34.95 and will arrive during the summer.

HO—Promoted as a most-request- ed item from modelers, Atlas adds a new curved turnout to its Cutsom Line Mark IV collection of HO-scale Code 83 track. Nickel silver rail and brown ties, similar to other Code 83 releases, will be included for these new left- and right-hand curved turnout sections that retail for $24.95 each. The outer radius


is 30 inches, while the inner radius is 22 inches. Options exist for indepen- dently wiring the frog section on these new Atlas turnout pieces, which will ar- rive during the first part of this year.
