Charles Frederick Miller, 77, San Angelo, passed away Nov.
1 in an automobile accident near San Angelo. He was born Sept. 3, 1938, in San Antonio, to Jesse Bardin Miller and Cora Bell (Add- ington) Miller. Miller received his B.S.E.E. from the University of Washington. He attended Uni- versity of California, Los Angeles for his MBA work. He was a proj- ect engineer at General Motors/ Hughes Electronics in El Segun- do, Calif., for 27 years and lived in Harbor City, Calif. He retired on Dec. 3, 1993, and moved back to Lohn, where he operated the family ranch for several years.
