Company Background / Facilities
In 1954, the Millipore Filter Company pioneered the use of membrane technology in hundreds of applications. Over the years, the company changed its name to Millipore Corporation, and grew to become a global, billion dollar Life Science corporation. In 2010, Millipore Corporation was acquired by Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, and became part of the company’s life science business.
The Lab Water Business Field is headquartered in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, France, and the manufacturing site is located in Molsheim, France.
