Eight wrestlers capture coveted Kids Triple Crown after winning freestyle national titles
WISCONSIN DELLS, Wis. – Eight tal- ented athletes won the coveted USA Wrestling Kids Triple Crown on July 2, after capturing freestyle national titles in their weight class. To win the Triple Crown, an athlete must win USA Wrestling national titles in folkstyle, Greco-Roman and freestyle the same year. The eight Triple Crown winners this year are:

There were 12 athletes who entered the freestyle competition with a chance to win the Triple Crown.
But only these eight were able to emerge with a freestyle title and earn the right to be a Triple Crown winner. In addition to the eight Triple Crown winners, there were 14 double winners in Wisconsin Dells, athletes who won both the Greco-Roman and the freestyle titles. These double winners were Dylan Ragusin of Illinois (Schoolboy 84), Carson Manville of Virginia (Schoolboy 91), Adrian St. Germain of Washington (Schoolboy 144), Drew Hennessee of Wisconsin (Schoolboy 160), Samuel Hayes of Illinois (Novice 60), Alejandro Herrera-Rondon of Pennsylvania (Novice 75), Mario Danzi of Texas (Novice 100), Deon Davis of Nebraska (Novice 105), Robert Paul Perez of California (Novice 112), Tate Nichter of Pennsylvania (Novice 120), Chase Thompson of Florida (Novice 140+++), Zan Fugitt of Missouri (Intermediate 50), Hudson Rogers of Idaho (Intermediate 75) and Jerrold Atwell of Michigan (Intermediate 120).
