Col. Lloyd “Butch” Barton, USAF (Ret) (joined 1995): Barton retired after a 29-year career as an Air Force combat pilot. He holds a bachelor’s degree in management and a mas-
ter’s degree in public administration. Barton is a charter member of the Greater Granbury (Texas) Chapter of MOAA and recently was elected as Hood County commissioner. He will serve a four-year term of offi ce and considers veterans’ aff airs a top priority.
CW3 Tedd Cocker, USA (Ret), Life Member (joined 2001): After retiring from 22 years in military intelligence, Cocker be- came vice president at Computer Sciences Corp. and later presi-
dent of Pilar Services Inc. For his work identifying and marking the graves of more than 900 veterans and other work for the Friends of Historic River- view Cemetery, Cocker was recognized in October 2014 with the Delaware Governor’s Outstanding Volunteer Award for community service.
Elizabeth O’Brien-Gorkowski (joined 2015): A member of MOAA’s Currently Serving Spouse Advisory Council, O’Brien- Gorkowski resides in Virginia with her husband, Maj. Justin
Gorkowski, USA, and three daughters. She is the associate for the Hiring Our Heroes Military Spouse Program and owner of the Fit Group, a health and wellness company that provides leadership, team-building, and goal-setting conferences and specially tailored programs for military spouses.
Brig. Gen. David E. Price, USAF (Ret), Life Member (joined 2011): Price was commissioned through Air Force ROTC in 1978 after his graduate studies at the University of Oregon. He
served in several fi nance posts and fi nished his military career as director of budget operations and personnel in the Offi ce of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Financial Management and Comptroller. Today, Price is a part- ner at Robertson-Price LLC and serves on MOAA’s board of directors. MO
