here is always a team behind the curtain. Meet Sean and Joice Curry of c3 Communications, Inc. They are an instrumental part of EC Gallery and our artists’ success with the amazing press they capture, locally around our galleries, regionally and on the national stage. For the last five years, Sean and Joice Curry’s PR firm c3 Communications, Inc. have been a part of the EC Gallery family. And we truly mean family as it is very clear they are just as passionate and dedicated to the success of our galleries and our amazing artists as all of us. Through strategic public relations they have helped grow our EC Gallery brand and positioned our world class artists as true masters of their craft.

It is very common to see this PR power couple up early in one of our many galleries or in TV stations in San Diego and Las Vegas, putting out EC Gallery artists and promoting our many shows on live morning TV. c3 has promoted Asencio, Michael Flohr, Michael Summers, Christopher M., Daniel Ryan, Gloria Lee, Daniel Merriam, Tuan, Royo, and Bella Hearts, among many other EC Gallery artists. “Promoting great artists and art is no different than putting art on a canvas,” says Joice Truban Curry, President & CEO, c3 Communications, Inc. “It is just executed on a larger canvas on a national and very public stage.” When asked what artists they like the most out of the EC Gallery to collect, Joice says, "That’s a tough one as all are so enjoyable to get to work with and have such vast talents and

incredible work and stories that you cannot single one out. We honestly love them all.” Sean adds, “We see our role as extending the voice and story that each piece of art tells. It is a privilege to get to help put these talented artists’ work on the main stage and grow the EC brand. Whether it is seen by a novice just exploring art or by the avid collector, there is something everyone can take away, collect, and cherish.” Working out of the box, Sean and Joice joined the EC Gallery team and successfully executed a Chinese New Year exhibition in the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace at our gallery, booking vast amounts of advance coverage for renowned artist Jia Lu, which was the first time her work was seen in Las Vegas. The opening media and patron event was second to none and was capped off with a Chinese Dragon and drums to make a very successful and special evening. In addition, c3 scored phenomenal press with the opening of the Beverly Hills gallery, the newest addition to the EC Gallery family — most recently celebrating phenomenal press coverage for the renowned Hat’s Off to Dr. Seuss exhibition. Later this year, they will embark on the opening of the new EC Gallery Breckenridge and the re-opening of The Las Vegas Forum Shops, which is in a current temporary location, to what will be its new permanent home. The PR firm not only does art but fine cuisine with The
Marine Room, the iconic and world-famous restaurant where EC Gallery’s Best of the Best is held annually, as well as promotes Cirque du Soleil, among others.
It was not a hard decision hiring them as not only do they own their agency, but Joice, no stranger to art, also used to perform professional theatre, getting her union stage Equity Card at a mere 17–years-old. They have proven to be a true asset to our growing family.
When not working in the profession they clearly love, the
Curry’s enjoy traveling and are very fond of wine and musical theater. They reside in Carmel Valley, San Diego, California.
