Stora Enso has appointed Liisa Nyyssonen as SVP Communications for its paper division and Finnish media. Liisa will take up her new role in June and report to Ulrika Lilja, EVP global communications.


Andrew Findlay has resigned his position as chief financial officer at Halfords and will leave the business in October to take up a similar post at Easyjet.


Dunelm has appointed Andy Harrison, currently chief executive at Whitbread, as its new chairman. He will replace Geoff Cooper when he retires this summer. Harrison has been a non-executive director at Dunelm since last Autumn and is retiring from his role at Whitbread.

Supply chain solutions provider Relex has recruited Marc Darling as its UK sales manager. He joins from Tibco and has previously worked with JDA, BT Expedite, PCMS Group and the Logic Group.


Former SuperGroup chief financial officer Shaun Wills has scored a victory against HMRC having had his personal bankruptcy ruling annulled. He has since joined Jacques Vert as its CFO.


ASOS has confirmed the appointment of Helen Ashton as its group chief financial officer. Ashton who joins the online retailer in September succeeds Nick Beighton who takes up the position of chief operating officer.

Cortexica Vision Systems which offers FindSimilar, a visual recognition technology deployed by online fashion brands, has appointed David Soskin as its chairman. Soskin previously held the CEO role at Cheapflights Media.


Justin Stead joins Radley & Co on May 6th. Currently chairman of Sofa.com, a position he will continue to hold, Stead was formerly CEO at Aurum Holdings - a group comprising Mappin & Webb, Goldsmith & Watches of Switzerland.


Expolink which provides contact centre services for multichannel retailers has appointed Nicola Marriott as sales manager.


Jacques Vert Group which operates Eastex, Dash, Windsmooor and Precis Petit in addition to the Jacques Vert brand has announced the appointment of Tim Davies as its chief executive. Davies will replace Teresa Tideman.
