SEVERAL new major attractions will this month (May) start to welcome visitors in New York City. The World Observatory is due to open


at the top of One World Trade Center on May 29. It will provide some of the best views of the city and will feature interactive exhibits and several world- class dining options across its three floors (levels 100, 101 and 102). Elsewhere, the Whitney Museum of American Art’s new building in the Meatpacking District was set to debut on May 1. Legoland for Arizona


A LEGOLAND Discovery Center will open at Arizona Mills,

Tempe, as the largest outlet shopping centre in the US, in 2016. The interactive attraction will


feature a Lego brick pool, building classes, a Lego ride and a 4D cinema. As with other Legoland attractions,

version will include a ‘mini-land’ exhibition with Lego models of Phoenix’s skyline and landmarks from the surrounding area. Building work on the $12 million attraction will begin this June.
