BRAND USA'S 2015 MegaFam is inviting entries! Agents from the UK and Ireland can qualify to win one of 100 places by the number of American Airlines and British Airways fl ights they book to the USA between January 1 and April 3. Successful applicants must also swot up on the two airlines through the self-directed MegaFam Airlines badge on the Brand USA Discovery Program. Upon completion, agents are designated as specialists in this area; plus they are encouraged to obtain as many badges as possible. The third MegaFam runs May 14–21 and will take in 22 states across seven separate itineraries, with the grand fi nale staged in Philadelphia.

unveiled a ‘Rock Out’ 2015 travel agent incentive to run alongside its peaks activity. Every booking made with the operator throughout January and February will be automatically entered into the Premier Holidays’

its industry guidance on accessible travel in order that they give disabled and less mobile passengers optimum customer service. The guidance is available in the 'Member Zone' of ABTA’s website and includes a booking checklist, practical guides on each part of the passenger’s journey and companies’ legal obligations, plus free online training for ABTA members.
