Støtek dosing furnaces offer a unique solution for the au- tomatic pouring of aluminum to molding lines and perma- nent molds. Te process is PLC controlled with pouring ranges from 2 lb. to 290 lb. When needed, a pouring curve can be programmed to match sprue requirements. Te accu- racy of the poured weight is better than ±1%. Maintenance is simple with excellent service life. Te patented dosing pump is offered in both melting and holding furnaces and may be retrofitted in an existing furnace.
