FDNX-1 (16x20) is a single station, horizontal parted flask- less molding machine designed as a first step in switching from manual to automatic molding. Te main features of this machine are Aeration sand filling technology, automatic pattern spray and PLC controls with diagnostics. With these features the machine produces high quality castings with less noise, better safety and a cleaner work area. All you need is 110V power, compressed air and a sand supply.
