Consultant Vascular / General Surgeon since 1986 and at the General Infirmary, Leeds since 1990. From 1996 my practice has been almost exclusively vascular, with particular expertise in suprarenal and thoraco-abdominal aneurysm surgery, endovascular aneurysm repair, visceral reconstruction and carotid surgery combined with routine vascular surgery for lower limb reconstruction. I also have extensive experience in varicose vein procedures and, as a Past President and a Member of the Council of the Vascular Society of Great Britain and Ireland (and various sub-committees) have a major involvement in the recent development of vascular surgery policy.
