Mr Michael Saab has been a Consultant in Accident and Emergency Medicine since 1998 and has undergone revalidation in March 2013.

He has published more than 30 articles in peer reviewed journals and has presented at local, national and international scientific meetings. He is an Examiner for the Membership and Fellowship Examinations for the College of Emergency Medicine and, has been invited to act as an External Examiner for the Membership Examination conducted by the Hong Kong College of Emergency Medicine on five occasions.

Mr Saab is also an Examiner for the University of Manchester Medical School and Chief Invigilator and Panel Member for the PLAB2 OSCE Examination conducted by the GMC. Mr. Saab is a reviewer for the Emergency Medicine Journal (part of the BMJ publishing group.) He is a performance assessor for the GMC. Between 2002-2009 he was an Examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh in the speciality of Accident and Emergency Medicine.

Mr Saab has prepared over 15,000 medical reports over a 15 year period, including over 200 Medical Negligence reports. He has experience in attendance in court. His Medico-Legal experience covers, personal injury reports, low velocity Impact collisions and medical negligence reports. He has considerable experience in preparing joint reports.

He has completed all five Modules to obtain the Cardiff University law Bond Solon expert witness certificate dealing with medico legal report writing and court compliance.
