Ken Williamson is partner in charge of the Construction Technology section of the Hurd Rolland Partnership.

Ken graduated from Scott Sutherland School of Architecture in 1986, having also studied at the Illinois Institute of Technology. He joined the Hurd Rolland Partnership as a Construction Technology Consultant in 1998 becoming a Partner in 2001. He has worked in London and Edinburgh and has wide ranging design and contractual experience encompassing projects for local authority, central government and private sector clients. This experience forms the essential grounding for his present role in providing objective opinion and specialist advice in relation to all aspects of construction disputes, and listed building and planning matters.

The Construction Technology section operates nationally and has provided Expert Witness services in connection with construction litigation for over 20 years and have been engaged by most of the principal firms of construction solicitors during this period. Our work concentrates on the analysis of building defects and contractual disputes. All aspects of building construction and contract administration are covered.

We also prepare reports and give evidence at Public Planning Inquiries in relation to design and listed building issues.
