He has dual training in Forensic Psychiatry and Lifespan Learning Disability. During his time at the Charity Dr Gralton has pioneered several innovative practices, including treatment for Developmental Trauma Disorder and complex developmental disorders requiring secure care.
Dr Ash Roychoudhury MBChB, MRCPsych, DipFMH, MDCH Lead Forensic Psychiatrist Overview: A Consultant in General Psychiatry, sub-specialty Liaison Psychiatry, and Forensic Psychiatry. He is currently the Lead Forensic Psychiatrist for St Andrew’s specialist medium secure service for men in Northampton.
Dr Jane McCarthy MBChB, MD, MRCGP, FRCPsych Consultant Psychiatrist Overview: A specialist in the Psychiatry of Learning Disability and secure services, her significant influence and active contributions to research, development and awareness in this area has spanned 15 years.

Chartered Consultant Clinical Psychologist Overview: Ms Cooper-Evans has a broad range of experience with children and families in community, inpatient forensic and mental health settings. Over the past four years she has specialised in the assessment and treatment of male offenders on the autistic spectrum.
