Its products also include highly precise one-off parts and small series, prototypes, assemblies, fixtures and gauges. The areas of application are very widespread: one company needs to punch 2 mm thick steel with 10 micrometer accuracy, another needs to cast 300 mm long plastic parts with the same precision.
