He was born in Turkey in 1950, Dr. Ulusoy is a Fulbright Scholar and received his MA and Ph.D. degrees in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to joining OYAK he worked at Citibank and Morgan Grenfell and served as chairman and president of Türkiye Halk Bankası and T.C. Ziraat Bankası. He has also held executive positions and chairmanships in a number of Turkish and foreign companies.
