Lee Youngblood worked as an executive chef in a high stress restaurant. In 2013 a minor basketball injury turned into a near-death experience. After he checked out of the hospi- tal, he quit his job and started kayak fishing.

In that time, I real- ized how much I was missing while spend- ing every night in the kitchen. When I got out of the hospital, the doctors advised me to take it easy.
